happy mother's day

just got back from brunch with mimosas and salmon benedict. then we hit up whole foods for flowers where my mom got white daisies and i got two of my favorite things: peonies and aussie licorice. now off continuing my lazy sunday...

i would totally do chores around the house in lingerie if my body looked like this... and if i owed lingerie that looked like this. and  if i had really adorable tiaras and fuzzy bunny ears. 

add to "to-do" list: take bubble bath in fake eyelashes, diamonds and bunny ears. ooh and buy a blue, lace bra.

tied up

with summer quickly approaching in most normal climate areas and it already being in full force here in florida, i'm trying to find any way possible to keep from dealing with my hair. i love my length when its not sticking to the back of my neck so i've decided that braiding it for the next couple months will keep me from impulsively cutting it off or ripping it out.

essentials

after doing some daily fashion mag perusing, i've decided that purchasing the following will greatly improve my daily outlook on life... at least temporarily:

- turquoise eyeshadow: we're talking seriously bright and blue-green.

-a black romper: it must flawlessly go from day to night and fit my never-ending torso.

-the perfect red lipstick: a classic deep, red shade that won't have me resembling a circus clown.

-a pale colored clutch: this one is exactly what i'm craving right now. and its on sale.
